| Ticket Purchase | Payment Methods: Cash, ATM, VISA, AMEX. Refunds: If, due to force majeure, the show date is changed, the tickets purchased will be valid for the final date. Refunds will be issued to spectators who request them if the show cannot take place at the scheduled location, date, and time. Tickets and change must be checked at the time of purchase. Exchanges or refunds are not accepted. |
| Access Conditions | Entry to the auditoriums is not permitted after the start of the sessions for declamation performances, operas, ballets, and classical music concerts (in accordance with Decree-Law No. 315/95 of November 28), unless otherwise indicated by the ushers. In case of delay and inability to enter, the ticket price will not be refunded. Children under 3 years of age may not attend any performance, even if accompanied by their parents (Decree-Law 116/83 of February 24). Spectators with discounted tickets must carry proof of eligibility for the discount. |
| Notes | At the entrance, spectators must turn off cell phones, pagers, and other sources of sound. Smoking is not permitted in the auditoriums, and only food or beverages may be consumed in the designated areas (Bar Herança Magna and Food Court). The ticket must be kept until the end of the performance. People carrying objects that could be considered dangerous or accompanied by animals are not allowed entry.(except for properly identified guide dogs). |
| People with Reduced Mobility | The Herança Magna Space has access ramps. All halls have spaces for wheelchair users, as well as a restroom for each of these spaces. |
